Session Fees
The fee for a counselling session with a registered clinical psychologist is $400 per session. Sessions are offered by scheduled appointment only, in person at our Vaughan, Ontario office and through secure virtual appointments across Ontario.
Insurance and Reimbursement
After each session, you will receive an invoice for services rendered. Clients are responsible for submitting invoices directly to their insurance provider for reimbursement. Coverage varies by plan.
When submitting claims, please indicate that services were provided by a Psychologist at our Vaughan, Ontario location. If you are confirming benefits in advance, you may wish to ask your insurer about psychologist coverage, annual limits, and claim requirements.

Referrals and Counselling Assistance Program
If you have questions about our fees, please feel free to contact our office. We offer a Counselling Assistance Program for individuals experiencing financial difficulty (availability may vary).
For every referral made by a healthcare professional, a $20 contribution is directed toward funding counselling services for clients requesting support through the Community Assistance Program. This helps expand access to psychologist-led counselling services within Vaughan and York Region.
