VAUGHAN, Ontario - Many students ask if the personality style of the therapist makes a difference when providing counselling care. Some therapists tend to be more gentle and supportive, while other are more direct and challenging. We recommended that you take time to carefully select a therapist you feel comfortable with. Some clients many not appreciate being challenged; however other clients may consider ‘gentle and supportive’ as too soft.
Our counselling centre located in in Vaughan and Maple, Ontario, are here to assist you in finding the right therapist for you. We want to make sure that you feel comfortable and secure in choosing the appropriate therapist to help you address your concerns. We want to help you as best as we can and will go the extra mile to do so, even if it’s with another therapist/counsellor in the community.
